María Alcobre

(English below)

María Alcobre (Argentina, 1954) is an unfeathered quadruped originating from the cross of two mammals of anthropomorphic features in a corner of Northern Argentina. Her ability to move around on two legs has allowed her to put the other two to diverse uses such as doodling on any surface, including in the air. Despite having learnt to articulate a certain quantity of words in various languages, her preferred means of communication is the gesture, usually accompanied by grunts, laughs and onomatopoeic sounds. Her current habitat is a patio with a fig tree and lots of plants, in the company of eight felines, a mother and unknown quantities of snails, fleas, flies and other insects. There she welcomes friends of all species, one of the most dear and timid of which is a hummingbird.
