Daniel Roldán nació en Buenos Aires en 1967.
Es ilustrador de los diarios Clarín (Argentina) y Público (España) y de las revistas Viva y Ñ (Argentina). Desarrolla proyectos para las editoriales SM, Tinta Fresca, Longseller, Sudamericana y Du Ruoergue (Francia). Participó de la 26º Mostra Internazionale d'illustrazione per I'Infanzia. Sármede, Italia, (2008). Es profesor Titular de la Cátedra de ilustración en la FADU y fue seleccionado para realizar el Albín Brunovsk UNESCO-BIB Workshop del año 2007 en Bratislava, República de Eslovaca.

He is illustrator for the newspapers Clarín (Argentina) and Público (Spain) and the magazines Viva and Ñ (Argentina). He develops projects for the publishing houses SM, Tinta Fresca, Longseller, Sudamericana and Du Ruoergue (France). He participated in the 26º Mostra Internazionale d'illustrazione per I'Infanzia. Sármede, Italy (2008). He was selected to take part in the Albín Brunovsk UNESCO-BIB Workshop in Bratislava, Slovakia, in 2007. He is currently Head of Illustration at the University Of Buenos Aires (Faculty of Architecture, Design and Urban Planning FADU).
